Step 3
Pickup or Deliver
You can either pick up the equipment or have it delivered. We’ll coordinate all logistics, confirm site access requirements, and ensure transport complies with all road regulations for a smooth handover.
Step 4
Handover & Support
All hires include full documentation—service history, operator manuals, safety information, and risk assessments. Our team is available 24/7 for troubleshooting or support throughout your hire period.
Step 5
Pickup or Dropoff
Returning your equipment is straightforward. We’ll arrange a convenient time for drop-off or collection and carry out a post-hire inspection. You’ll sign off on the return, and any damage will be fairly assessed and billed only if unresolved.
