We have a range of transportation options to support the varied sizes and weighting of our equipment, which enables us to offer the alternative of delivery if customers are unable to pick-up. We liaise with customers to ensure that there is adequate site access, and negotiate the delivery schedule in compliance with road regulations.
As a Tier 1 compliant company, we provide our customers with all the documentation they need to confidently operate our equipment. This includes service records, operators manuals, safety information and risk assessment. We’re a highly responsive team and offer troubleshooting services round the clock if you run into any complications along the way.
As with handover, we aim to make picking up or dropping off the vehicle as convenient as possible for our customers. Customers will sign off that the equipment has been returned to avoid excess payment, and our team will carry-out a post-inspection to check that everything is in-tact. Please note that any damages will be billed accordingly unless the customer has already addressed the problem (no over-head costs will be charged).
We service our equipment after every use to ensure optimal performance for our clients. This process involves exterior and interior cleaning, and any general service requirements as per the OEM guidelines. These additional charges for maintenance are all taken care of by our team, because consistent quality is all part of the service!
